Andrea Wagner, PhD

CEO & Co-Founder

Andrea N. Wagner holds a PhD in Environmental Health and Toxicology, a Master’s in Analytical Chemistry, and a Bachelor’s in Chemistry. She has co-founded and helped build and run two successful contract manufacturing companies, the most recent of which was sold to Sharp Packaging Services in October 2023. Andrea serves as a board member of Women Entrepreneurs Grow Global (WEGG) and an advisory board member for the Boston Museum of Science. She established the Andrea Wagner Scholarship Fund to support women in STEM fields. Additionally, Andrea is a co-founder of Herizon Funding and the founder of Luxlined, a sweater company that uses scientific innovations to eliminate itch and regulate temperature in merino and cashmere sweaters.

Tyne Jeffrey

CBO & Co-Founder

Tyne Jeffrey is a seasoned sales professional in the biotechnology industry, bringing over 20 years of experience in sales leadership and strategic business development. With a strong background in aseptic fill finish and sterile bioprocesses, Tyne has consistently demonstrated expertise in driving revenue growth and forging successful partnerships.

While serving as Vice President of Sales at Berkshire Sterile Manufacturing, Tyne played a pivotal role in overseeing sales strategies and managing key client relationships. Known for a keen understanding of market dynamics and customer needs, Tyne has a track record of delivering innovative solutions that meet both business objectives and customer satisfaction.

Prior to BSM, Tyne held sales roles of increasing leadership at Pall Corporation, Althea (now Aji Bio) and Hyaluron Contract Manufacturing (now Curia), where she spearheaded initiatives that significantly expanded market presence and enhanced services visibility. These experiences have equipped Tyne with a deep understanding of the biotech landscape, from the unique manufacturing needs of viscous drug products, terminally sterilized drug products to ADCs and beyond.

Tyne holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Salve Regina University, complemented by an MBA certificate from UMass Dartmouth alongside ongoing professional development in sales leadership and biotechnology advancements. Outside of work, Tyne is passionate about family, travel and spending time outdoors.

Dee Hays, P.E.

Board Chair & Co-Founder

Deyona “Dee” Hays holds a Bachelors in Electrical Engineering and an OPM Masters Degree in Business. She has founded and managed three successful engineering firms that focused on facility operations and optimization through automation and technology advancements of equipment. All three of these firms have sold to larger firms, the most recent in October of 2023, and all these firms are still operational today. 

In addition to being a serial entrepreneur, Dee has received numerous accolades as a CEO and business leader making a difference. In addition is building engineering firms, Dee used her engineering background to design and patented a new “Fitwear” garment called HeelzFirst™ designed to change the way women wear their heels and can now experience comfort and safety all day when wearing heels.

Dee currently serves on the Governor’s Council on Workforce and Economic Development for the State of Oklahoma and serves on the Oversite Committee, serves on the K-State College of Engineering Advisory Board, the Regional STEM Alliance Advisory Board, and is a commissioner for the Oklahoma Universal Building Codes Commission (OUBCC).
