Deyona “Dee” Hays is Board Chair and strategic advisor to PharmaPhixx, offering decades of leadership in engineering, facility operations, and business growth. A serial entrepreneur, Dee has founded and successfully exited three engineering firms focused on optimizing pharmaceutical and industrial operations through automation and technology—all of which remain active today.

She holds a Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering and an OPM Master’s in Business, and she also holds a patent for HeelzFirst™, a comfort-focused footwear innovation.

Dee currently serves on multiple advisory and regulatory boards, including the Oklahoma Governor’s Council on Workforce and Economic Development, the K-State College of Engineering Advisory Board, and the Oklahoma Universal Building Codes Commission.
